VOCATIONAL SKILLS TRAINING
The project started targeting 300 youth vocational skills training for improved income and gainful employment by 2021.
Achievements registered by the project in the year 2021
8 sensitization meetings were conducted with parents and youth
A total of 140 youth (62males and 78females) were identified and enrolled for training in different vocations/trades (Crafts, tailoring, hair dressing, bar soap making & candle making)
7 trainers were identified to train the youths in different vocations
Training tools/kits and materials were procured for smooth training process
46 youth (15femals and 31 males) completed bar soap making training and 54 candle making (39 females and 15 males).
