The project is implemented in 3 districts and 8 sub counties i.e. Budakka, Kibuku and Tororo.

• Established 140 farmer groups under the rice value chain with an average of 2800 farmers
• Linked farmers to other value chain stakeholders’ i.e millers, financial institutions and input dealers.
• Networked with other partners under the rice value chain i.e. A2N,NARO, Idha Tujje ,Eastern rice and EPSEDEC
• Conducted Exposure visits to better improved millers
• Distributed motorized threshers in a move to save labor during harvesting of rice to manage quality.
• Taught farmers on good agronomic practices like rice planting ,fertilizer use, herbicide use
• Promoted bulking and collective marketing in Nagongera
• Hosted the embassy visitors from Netherlands in one of the areas of operations i.e. Tororo
